Lifesick is a Danish hardcore band from Fredericia, formed in 2014 by Nikolai Lund and Nicolai Lindegaard following the dissolution of their previous band, NO LOVE. Created with a vision of delivering a more uncompromising and aggressive sound, the band quickly established itself within the Scandinavian hardcore scene.

The band's name, suggested by Simon Shoshan, was inspired by life's hardships and the challenges people face throughout their lives—a theme that continues to influence Lifesick's music and identity.

Blending metallic hardcore, beatdown, and hardcore punk, Lifesick is known for its intense live performances, crushing sound, and emotionally charged songwriting. Since their formation, the band has toured extensively and built a strong reputation through a series of hard-hitting releases exploring themes of struggle, conflict, and perseverance.
